Well, I am a Software Developer and Electronics Engineer. Like most people, my projects are born out of neccessity. The Battery Holder came about due to a AA battery shorting out on my car keys in my pocket and getting rather hot (fortunately, I was not injured). This stemmed the thought of "Hey, all of my batteries are just thrown together in a little container. They could short out, catch fire and burn down the neighborhood". The 62 Quart Container Shelf came about due to the fact that my garage is used to store seasonal items, camping gear... It is also supposed to be my workshop. I needed the space for my workshop so I built three of these massive shelves on wheels to give me the ability to store stuff from floor to ceiling and roll them around to eliminate the need for an isle between each of the shelves.
